DC’s Legends of Tomorrow

After Sara (Caity Lotz) leaves Ava (Jes Macallan) in charge while she’s away on business, Ava tries to impress the team as they take on their next Encore, Marie Antoinette, in the new episode “A Head of Her Time.” Behrad (guest star Shayan Sobhian) convinces the group to take Zari (Tala Ashe) along on their mission. Meanwhile, Constantine (Matt Ryan) has a confrontation with someone from his past that leads him on a personal journey. Brandon Routh also stars.

3

Frontline

9 p.m. ET on PBS
The new “Amazon Empire: The Rise and Reign of Jeff Bezos” explores the business dynasty created by this New Mexico-born entrepreneur. Bezos has grown his “etail” venture into a corporation that is unprecedented in the history of capitalism, delivering a virtually endless line of products, entertainment and technology innovations to online customers. Amazon’s staggering expansion into all corners of American life has come at the cost of safety and quality of life for many of its employees, however, its critics say.

4

Hot Ones: The Game Show

10 p.m. ET on TRUTV – Series Premiere
Sean Evans hosts this offbeat game show, which has been adapted from an enormously popular web talk series. In each half-hour episode, two teams of two players compete in three rounds during which they are quizzed on pop culture trivia while consuming chicken wings slathered in sauce. The questions get harder with each round, and the sauces get increasingly spicier, eventually providing a distraction to the players’ concentration. The team with the most cash then moves on to the finale, The Ring of Fire, a password game.
