We learned long ago that dad Louis (Randall Park) is a confirmed Halloween junkie, so he’s abashed when son Evan (Ian Chen) seems to have lost his own childish delight in the holiday in the new episode “It’s a Plastic Pumpkin, Louis Huang.” Meanwhile, Jessica and Emery (Constance Wu, Forrest Wheeler), already spooked to hear a strange man’s voice coming from Grandma’s (Lucille Soong) room, totally freak out when mysterious costumed strangers whisk away their elderly relative.

blackish (NEW EPISODE) ABC 9 pm
The competition is fierce as Dre (Anthony Anderson) gathers everyone together for a spirited family game night in the new episode “Advance to Go (Collect $200).” As that title suggests, the board game of choice is Monopoly, leading to the formation of alliances and a test of family relationships. Meanwhile, Bow (Tracee Ellis Ross) lets Junior (Marcus Scribner) know in no uncertain terms how she feels about his girlfriend, Megan. Laurence Fishburne and Jenifer Lewis also star.
