Looking for a way to score points with her jaded kids on Halloween, Linda (voice of John Roberts) takes them to hunt for a wolf that’s been terrorizing the town — as, of course, mothers routinely do with their young children. Meanwhile, an injured and heavily medicated Bob (voice of H. Jon Benjamin) becomes convinced that Teddy (voice of Larry Murphy) has turned into a werewolf in the new holiday-themed “The Wolf of Wharf Street.” Paul F. Tompkins is a guest voice.

America’s Funniest Videos (NEW EPISODE) ABC 8 pm
This long-running family series continues its 28th season with a timely Halloween-flavored episode that includes a montage of little kids responding — in a predictably over-the-top manner — to scary fright-night decorations, including one plucky trick-or-treater who tries to stomp a neighbor’s animatronic zombie hand to smithereens. There’s also an inevitable segment featuring hapless pets in their funny costumes, and another that pays musical tribute to people getting scared out of their wits.

When a deadly amphibious creature escapes in the Bureau Underground, Captain Lafrey’s (Ally Walker) boss, Director Romslo (John Getz), puts the whole office on lockdown and gives Leroy and Max (Craig Robinson, Adam Scott) just half an hour to eliminate the menace. The beast quickly polishes off beloved coworker Bob (guest star Beck Bennett, “Saturday Night Live”), but also under threat is the Sparkletts water boy (guest star Ryan McPartlin), who’s trapped in the building with them in the new “Lockdown.”
