Why You Should Watch: Six decades’ worth of Grammy Award history is condensed into this new two-hour special, encompassing such moments as key industry figures’ collective mourning of the death of Whitney Houston — which occurred on the weekend of the Grammy ceremony in 2012 — and Paul McCartney’s re-creation of the classic Beatles album “Abbey Road.” McCartney, Aretha Franklin, Bruce Springsteen, Lady Gaga, Sting, Celine Dion, James Hetfield, Ed Sheeran, Elton John, Mary J.
